The program is free.
The program does not require installation.
Uses the Gmail infrastructure. Gmail-settings-forwarding imap should be turned on.
The email address you send and receive is the same. Save your Gmail address and your password.
The program works on win7-8-10 operating systems and 32-64 bit versions.
The folder where the program is located must be send-email.txt. It's already in the file you downloaded.
If you use the startup folder, you may need to copy the send-mail.txt file into the windows/system32 or Windows\SysWOW64 folder.
It does not contain any ads or suspicious, you are free. That's why Google Drive

The program may take 5-6 seconds to boot. In the meantime, it checks the internet connection, sends the IP number
mail and send an e-mail. You can save your email address in the program.
At the bottom of the incoming mail you can see your new IP number.
When the program changes IP or when the internet is interrupted, it turns itself on and off, do not panic :-)
You will also see the local IP number at the same time.
If you want the program to run when the computer is turned on, copy the exe and txt to Start - All Programs - Startup Folder.
